We want your experience on the Life Design Platform to be smooth and enjoyable. If you ever run into technical issues, here’s what to do so we can help get things resolved as quickly as possible.

Step 1: Submit a Bug Report (if prompted)

In some cases, the platform will give you the option to submit a bug report directly when an error occurs. Please take advantage of this whenever possible. These reports go straight to our developer team and contain important technical details that help us diagnose the issue faster.

Step 2: Contact Our Support Team

Additionally, please email us at support@designyourlife.com. To help us troubleshoot effectively, include as much detail as you can, such as:

  • Were you using the mobile app or the desktop website?

  • If on desktop, what browser were you using (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)?

  • The date and time the issue occurred.

  • Any error messages you saw.

  • A screenshot or screen recording of the issue, if possible.

Why These Details Matter

The more information we have, the faster our team can recreate and resolve the issue. Screenshots and recordings are especially helpful because they allow us to see exactly what you’re seeing.
