Preparing for Insight

Set yourself up for a smooth and powerful event experience by completing the following steps well in advance of your travel. Insight is a transformational, immersive experience — and with the right preparation, you’ll be ready to make the most of every moment.


✅ Complete Your Required Paperwork

Before you can attend the Insight event, all required documentation must be submitted:

  • Your purchase agreement

  • Your event registration forms

✈️ Book Your Travel

Flying In:
If you’re traveling from outside Nevada, book your flight into:

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)
This airport is located just minutes from the event venue and nearby hotels.

We recommend arriving no later than Wednesday afternoon to allow plenty of time for check-in and rest before the event begins Thursday morning.

📅 Event Agenda Overview

Wednesday (Pre-Event Check-In)
4:00 – 7:00 pm — Check-In at Hampton Inn Tropicana lobby (optional but encouraged)

Thursday (Day 1)
9:00 am – 7:00 pm (Doors open at 8:55 am)
Lunch: 1:30 – 3:00 pm
If you haven’t checked in on Wednesday, arrive by 8:15 am Thursday for Check-In.

Friday (Day 2)
9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Lunch: 1:30 – 3:00 pm

Saturday (Day 3)
9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Lunch: 1:30 – 3:00 pm
7:00 – 10:00 pm — Evening Celebration & Dinner (in the event foyer)

Short 20-minute breaks will be provided throughout each day.

🚨 Important: You must attend all three days of the event to complete your Insight experience. Please plan your travel accordingly and schedule any return flights after 7:00 pm on Saturday.


🧳 Frequently Asked Questions

Is Wednesday Check-In required?
No, but it's highly recommended. If you skip it, arrive by 8:15 am Thursday for Check-In.

Where is the event taking place?
In the Event Room at Hampton Inn Tropicana, Las Vegas.

What’s included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to all event sessions and activities. It does not include airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, or transportation.

Is there an airport shuttle?
No shuttle service is provided. Uber or taxi rides from the airport to the hotel cost approximately $21–$30 and take about 10–15 minutes.

Is parking available?
Yes, parking at the hotel is available for $21 per day.

Can I come early or stay after the event?
Yes! Contact The Hampton Inn directly for any additional days outside of the event window.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes — if they also have a valid ticket. If not, contact us to explore possible accommodations.

Will Wi-Fi be available?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. However, we recommend focusing on the live experience and leaving your devices packed away during sessions.

Where can I eat before and after class?
There are 10+ restaurants within a 5–10 minute walk of the hotel. Hampton Inn also offers complimentary or discounted breakfast options.
