Preparing for Influence

Set yourself up for a smooth and powerful event experience by completing the following steps well in advance of your travel. Influence is a transformational, immersive experience — and with the right preparation, you’ll be ready to elevate your leadership, amplify your message, and step into the spotlight with confidence and clarity

✅ Confirm Your Paperwork

Before attending INFLUENCE, make sure you’ve completed both of the following:

• Your purchase agreement

• Your registration forms (emailed to you upon ticket redemption)

If you’re unsure whether this paperwork is complete, please contact us at events@designyourlife.com as soon as possible. These forms are required for attendance.

🛫 Book Your Travel

If You’re Flying In

You’ll fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). A chartered bus will transport attendees from the airport to Greene Family Camp. You’ll receive detailed instructions by email on where and when to meet the group. Please be punctual—if you miss the scheduled transportation, you’ll be responsible for arranging your own travel to the venue.

If You’re Driving

Greene Family Camp is located at:

You’ll receive detailed driving directions and arrival instructions by email. If you drive yourself, plan to arrive at camp after check-in opens. Parking is available onsite.

🏕 Lodging & Meals

You’ll stay onsite in shared camp housing, with all meals and basic amenities provided.

✔️ You do not need to book accommodations—this is handled by our team
✔️ If you're attending as a couple, you can request to room together
✔️ All meals are buffet-style and include a variety of options

If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please email events@designyourlife.com in advance. The chef will prepare separate entrees for you at each meal.

📶 Staying Connected

This event is an immersive, focused experience. We strongly encourage you to unplug and be fully present. Cell service is limited, but Wi-Fi is available in common areas. If someone needs to reach you in an emergency, they may call Greene Family Camp directly. You’ll receive this emergency contact info closer to the event.

You’ll also have the option to voluntarily surrender your phone for full submersion. Many participants choose this for maximum focus and growth.
