Preparing for Impact

Set yourself up for a smooth and powerful event experience by completing the following steps well in advance of your travel. Impact is a transformational, immersive experience — and with the right preparation, you’ll be ready to show up fully, connect deeply, and unlock new levels of personal and professional growth.

✅ Confirm Your Paperwork

To secure your seat, make sure you’ve completed both of the following:

• Your purchase agreement

• Your registration forms (sent to you via email)

If you’re not sure whether these have been submitted, please check your email or contact us at events@designyourlife.com. These forms are required for attendance.

🛫 Book Your Travel

If You’re Flying In

You’ll want to fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). A charter bus will be available to take attendees from the airport to Greene Family Camp. Exact pickup instructions will be emailed to you closer to the event.

If you miss the scheduled group transportation, you’ll be responsible for your own travel to the venue—and you must arrive on time.

If You’re Driving

Greene Family Camp is located in Bruceville, Texas. You’ll receive arrival and check-in instructions by email. The GPS address is:

🏕 Lodging & Meals

All attendees stay onsite in camp-style housing at Greene Family Camp.

✔️ There’s no need to book your own accommodations
✔️ Room and roommate assignments will be handled by our team
✔️ Bathrooms are shared but clean and well-maintained
✔️ Bedding and towels will be provided

Meals

Three meals a day will be provided onsite. These are served buffet-style with proteins, sides, fruits, and vegetables.

If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance by emailing events@designyourlife.com so we can accommodate your needs.

📶 Staying Connected

Cell service may be limited at camp, though Wi-Fi is available in common areas. We encourage you to unplug as much as possible so you can stay present in the experience.

If someone needs to reach you in case of emergency, they can call the camp directly. We'll share that emergency contact number as the event date approaches.
