I Created an Account on the ENTRE Life Design Platform, but I Don’t See My Courses

If you’ve recently created your account at https://my.designyourlife.com and don’t see your previously purchased courses, don’t worry—this is usually an easy fix.


First, Give It a Few Minutes

After creating your new ENTRE Life Design account, it can take 5–10 minutes for your previously purchased courses to fully load. If it’s been less than 10 minutes, we recommend waiting a few more moments and then refreshing your dashboard.


Did You Use a Different Email Address?

If you created your new account with an email address different from the one you used on our old ENTRE Classic platform, your courses will not have been added automatically. In that case, please email our team so we can manually link your accounts and restore access.

Please include both the new email you used to register and the original email you previously used with ENTRE.
