Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if requested within the refund window specified for the specific product or membership you purchased. This policy is outlined in detail in our official Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Each product or membership may have a different refund window depending on what was purchased. If your request falls outside the designated window, unfortunately, it will not qualify for a refund.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit our official Refund Request Form:

Please fill out the form completely so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Requests sent by email, chat, or social media will not be processed unless the form is submitted.


What Happens After You Submit the Form?

  • Our Support Team will review your submission and verify eligibility based on the product and purchase date.

  • You’ll receive a response within 3–5 business days confirming whether your request has been approved or denied.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
