How to Manage or Cancel Your Entresoft subscription

Managing your Entresoft subscription is simple and can be done directly within your account settings. Whether you need to update your payment method, review past transactions, or make changes to your plan, here’s how to do it:


How to View or Update Your Subscription

  1. Log into your Entresoft account at https://app.entresoft.com/

  2. Click Settings at the bottom of the left-hand side menu.

  3. Select the Billing tab.

From here, you can:

  • View your current subscription

  • Update your payment method

  • Review your billing history and transactions


How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you’d like to cancel your Entresoft subscription, please email our support team at support@designyourlife.com.

⚠️ Important: All cancellations are effective immediately upon processing—regardless of how much time remains in your current billing cycle.

We do not offer partial refunds for early cancellation. Be sure to reach out at least 4 business days before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.
