Canceling Your ENTRE Explorer Subscription

Canceling or making changes to your ENTRE Explorer subscription is now handled directly through our Support Team. Our previous self-service billing portal is no longer active.

This article explains exactly how to cancel, what happens after you cancel, and what access you keep.


How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription

To cancel or make changes to your subscription, simply email:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address on your account

  • What you would like us to do (cancel, change plan, etc.)

We process requests in the order received during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Mountain Time).

Important: We require at least 4 business days’ notice before your renewal date to guarantee changes are applied before your next charge.


What Happens After You Cancel

Immediate Changes

You will continue to have access to your current features until the end of your paid billing period.

Nothing shuts off immediately unless you request it.


What You Keep

After cancellation, you will still have access to:

  • Accelerator Curriculum
    Any Accelerator courses you previously purchased remain yours.

  • Implementation Bootcamp Videos
    These recordings remain available for you to watch anytime.


What You Lose

Once your billing period ends, the following access is removed:

  • Mastery Ranked Curriculum
    Advanced Mastery-level courses will no longer be available.

  • Expert Instruction Replays & Live Calls
    You will no longer be able to attend or view Expert sessions.

  • Masterclass Vault
    Access to past Masterclass replays ends.

  • Entresoft Premium Subscription
    Your Entresoft tools will be deactivated and all data will be permanently deleted after 28 days.

If you need help exporting Entresoft data before it is erased, email:

Updating Your Payment Method

We no longer use the old billing portal.

To update or change a payment method, email:
support@designyourlife.com

Include:

  • Your name

  • The email on your account

  • What you need updated
