How Do I Get Paid as a Brand Ambassador?

Payments are issued on a weekly schedule and include commissions earned from actual sales revenue collected during a two-week period in arrears (Monday through Sunday).

✅ To receive a payout, you must:

• Accumulate at least $25 in commissions (this is the minimum threshold for payment)

• Submit a valid W-9 (for U.S. residents) or W-8 (for non-U.S. residents)

• Connect a valid payment method in the Brand Ambassador portal

Once all of these requirements are met, your commissions will be processed automatically on a weekly basis. You’ll receive a notification when your payout has been issued.

🧾 How to Upload Your Tax Documentation

In order to receive payouts as an ENTRE Brand Ambassador, you must upload your completed tax documentation. Follow these steps to ensure your form is submitted correctly:

1. Log in to your Brand Ambassador portal.

2. Click “Payout Methods” at the top of the screen.

3. Scroll down to the “Tax Forms” section.

4. Click the “Upload Tax Forms” button.

5. Choose the appropriate form type:

   • W-9 if you are a U.S. resident

   • W-8BEN if you are a non-U.S. resident

6. Download your form from https://www.irs.gov/forms-instructions:

   • W-9 Form (U.S. Residents)

   • W-8BEN Form (Non-U.S. Residents)

   • For help filling out the form, refer to the W-9 Instructions or W-8BEN Instructions

7. Complete the form with accurate and legible information.

8. Return to the BA portal and upload your completed form under the Tax Forms section.

💳 How to Add a Payout Method

To ensure your commissions are sent to you, you’ll need to add a valid payout method in the Brand Ambassador portal. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Brand Ambassador portal.

2. Click “Payout Methods” at the top of the screen.

3. In the “Payout Methods” section, click “Add Payout Method”.

4. Select "Bank"

5. Select your country

6. Fill in all required fields (marked with a red asterisk).

   • You are not required to provide a SWIFT/BIC code.

7. Under “Recipient Address,” enter your full address.

8. Click “Save” to confirm your payout method.

Once saved, your payout method will be linked to your Brand Ambassador account, and eligible commissions will be sent there automatically.
